Molecular Plant Sciences
Faculty who work in the Molecular Plant Sciences are interested in understanding plant biochemistry, genetics, physiology, cellular biology, and developmental biology at the level of molecules. They use experimental techniques which will allow them to answer their questions in terms of the behavior and properties of DNA, RNA, protein, carbohydrates, and the small molecules or metabolites with which they interact.
